Camelot Hall Convalescent Center earns coveted CMS Five-Star status!

Southfield, Michigan (January 24, 2014) — Camelot Hall Convalescent Center in Livonia, Michigan  is pleased to announce that it has earned a Five-Star rating, the highest rating possible from CMS, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

CMS created the Five-Star Quality Rating System to help consumers, their families, and caregivers compare nursing homes more easily and help identify areas about which the consumer might have questions.  Five-Star is the highest designation that can be given in this rating system.

Camelot Hall provides short-term rehabilitative services, and long-term skilled nursing care.  It has state of the art facilities and equipment for physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Other services include around-the-clock skilled nursing, wound care management, dietary and nutritional services, pain management, respite care, physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
