Bluffs Park was the most pleasant medical care I have ever experienced. My favorite features were the windows and lighting, kitchen staff (so professional), Dr. Reddy & bubbly Beth, all of the nurses, aids, and cleaning staff. This facility is exceptionally clean and crisp, outside and inside. The PT and OT staff (Mary, Maria, Teddy) that I received therapy from were very knowledgeable and very helpful. They motivated me to work hard on my knee recovery. I would and will recommend Bluffs Park to others for its people-positive approach to healing. It is good to see medical staff putting forward extra effort to help people recover from physical injury and not just going through the motions. This gave me extra energy to work hard on my recovery.

I liked my overall experience at Regency at Bluffs Park. I came for my therapy and enjoyed it. Therapy accomplished what we needed to in the amount of time I got to spend here. I think they’re great therapists. Everyone was very helpful including admissions, housekeeping and therapy. It’s a good facility. I would absolutely recommend Regency at Bluffs Park.

Everyone at Bluffs Park was open and honest with me throughout my recovery process. They took the time to answer my questions. Meals were completely accommodating and various. By far the most wonderful feature about Bluffs Park is it’s people. Kind and caring, always with a smile, even with patients in difficult situations. Without a doubt, I would recommend Bluffs Park to others. (I already have!) It is a wonderful place with great and helpful people from the nursing staff up through therapists to the administration. Any of my questions were answered timely and courteously, and with a smile. The meal plans were tailored to my special needs. My room was comfortable and supplied with all I needed. I arrived flat on my back in an ambulance on May 19th, unable to move or even roll over in bed. It is now July 15th and I can walk with a cane and I am ready to return home in a couple of days. They made me feel confident and positive about my healing and made it pleasant and even fun to participate each day.People at all levels here are caring, helpful, and go out of their way to encourage me to get better. I have learned that rehabilitation is a cooperative effort between the caregivers and the patient. If you want to heal and get better, you can. I have gained a lot of new respect for nurses and others who care for and help patients return to health since my experience with Regency at Bluffs Park. Even the housekeepers and kitchen staff made me feel better. The staff is amazingly capable and talented. I would recommend Regency at Bluffs Park to anyone with rehab needs.

Regency at Bluffs Park excelled my previous experiences at other rehab facilities. The employees throughout my stay were professional at all levels. They carried out their duties while caring about my feelings and needs at the same time. They made challenges fun as they conversed with me and at the end of my stay, goals had been obtained that on the first day seemed almost impossible. I enjoyed choosing my meals and entrees each day at Bluffs Park. My favorite was the baked goods. My therapy was with Amy, OT and Teddy, PTA and it was excellent. I started out walking with a walker, progressed to a cane, then became stronger and able to walk on my own. I was walking up and down a full flight of stairs when I left.
