My mom was in the facility almost one month They treating her like family❤️ Every single person call her mom. my mum, she doesn’t speak English, but she was so happy. They respect her. They try to explain everything to her so I’m happy. I recommend a couple of my friends to bring their parents in this facility. I appreciate it every single person in Regency nursing home.❤️🌹🙏

Staff was great. I was in the 300 hallway twice and always had great care. Meals were good and if there was something you didn't like you could order something else. PT was great Cody and Omar are excellent

they have made my stay here the best for me they helped me get back walking a worked really hard i couldnt walk at all now i am back walking on my on my i have been through alot physical therapy was hard at first but the more i did it the easier it got i enjoyed doing the physical therapy i could not and now i am walking with a walker or cane on my own injoyed the people here this place i am very happy the the people that helped me get back on my feet and walking ok

I can’t begin to describe how amazing this place is. My father James was just discharged and this was his 3rd time being here. All the aides, assistants and nurses were gentle and kind to my dad and they loved him. The staff that helps in the front offices were awesome!! I will 100% recommend this because it’s so hard to find this kind of care for our loved ones. I’ll miss seeing everyone’s smiling faces when I walked in the doors. I can’t forget to say how good the PT department is as well, Especially Omar. Thank you all

I was a patient at the facilty for a month. My stay there was very rewarding . I loved how I was treated. The staff was very nice to me. I really.apprciated my care while being there. The nurses ,, the aides, the kitchen staff ,, housekeeping and the physical therapy department workers were.great. I met some very nice staff workers there. Just to name a few ( Katherine from house keeping,, aides Donna , Shay, Tay, Naomi, Joyce ,,Nurse Nichole, Nurse Dominique and. Nurse Hunter,, and Jessica .For those that I didn't name,,, I thank all of you for the kindness that I was shown while in the facilty. The physical therapy was outstanding and give them 5 stars. Amount of staff is POOR and therefore response time is not acceptable. I understand they are working on this problem; therefore I believe the administration deserves kudos. The dietary department is very good. The housekeeping department kept the building so clean; they even washed the windows

I recently revisited this facility to bring refreshments to the staff for taking such good care of my dad while he was in their care. My father passed unfortunately but I am very grateful that he had such good people to proceed him in death. During his stay he signed on to hospice to make him comfortable during the duration of his stay and I can honestly say the nurses and cenas were so hands to not only his needs but me and my brother needs. It’s always a great feeling knowing you have an extra set of eyes on your loved one . I wish more people cared how they care because the staff shows from the admin as well as the director of nursing , everyone was very hands on and that all I could have asked for. I hope the treats showed my small token of appreciation. Dad loved it there !!! He always said the ladies were so nice and PRETTY
