Qualicare Nursing Home in Detroit honored with the Silver-Achievement in Quality award from AHCA/NCAL. Qualicare is only the fourth facility in Michigan to achieve this distinction.
“It is very exciting”, says Steve Vera, Regional Director of Operations about the three for three Bronze wins. The recognition as 2012 recipients of the Bronze-Commitment to Quality Award received by Regency Health of Norwich, Stamford and Windham is evidence to the quality of care delivered at these facilities. The Bronze Award is one of three progressive distinctions possible through the National Quality Award Program presented by AHCA-the American HealthCare Association based on the Baldridge Performance Criteria. The Bronze Awards will be presented to Regency Health of Norwich, Stamford and Windham at the 63rd Annual Convention and Exposition, October 7-10, 2012 hosted in Tampa, Florida.
“We are very proud of this Regency Health team for their achievements,” say Steve Vera, “and I am very much looking forward to Tampa to watch this great team receive their awards.”
