We had a great experience. We went for a couple of weeks for rehab after a hospital stay. The employees were absolutely amazing. They had a reasonable procedure to follow when entering the facility, to make sure you weren't bringing Covid 19 in. We were so thankful we could spend time with our family member. The other care facilities in the area wanted to isolate for 14 days or not allow visitors at all. I would definitely recommend.

When I first came to the facility, I didn't know what to expect because this environment was new to me, but it was easy making friends and that helped me a lot. The staff explained every procedure and minor change that would come by making this my home. Now, I'm confident enough to go to the right staff member depending on my needs. It's easy here!!

My family had a very positive experience with Regency. The nurses are attentive and knowledgeable, and the aides are consistently kind and compassionate. The PAs and doctors are available as needed, which was very reassuring. A special thank-you to DeDe and Angie, who are truly excellent, caring nurses and went above and beyond. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and therapy is thoughtfully catered to each patient five days a week. Regency also makes a big effort to support patients and families—the facility arranges transportation to outside doctor appointments, and all staff, from admissions to the aides, are always available to answer questions. Care team meetings help keep family members informed and involved throughout the process. If you need this type of facility for yourself or a loved one, I would highly recommend Regency.
