The staff was outstanding. Every person was kind and willing to serve me. The cleaning staff and nurse assistant worked together to achieve one goal: to serve you. The nursing staff was phenomenal. The physical therapy staff is outstanding. Always willing to work with you to get you stronger.

My mom was recently admitted to the laurels and we are having a good experience, especially with the DON, Violet, MSW Tammy, Business Manager Nicole, Tony L, our CNA during the day, and Tara and Sam CNA at night. The DON and MSW are wonderful, answering many questions and helping us navigate through this new time in our lives. I've never done this, and I'm going through the process with their guidance and it's making it much easier. I appreciate all the care and services they are giving to my mom. There are other people who assist her as well, and I'm sorry I can't mention all of them. I don't know all their names, but everyone we've come in contact with has been very nice and kind to her.

An awesome run location. One of the best facilitiesI have ever been to. I was greeted with a smile every day by everyone. A very well-run facility. I really enjoyed my stay at the manor of Farmington Hills. I would rate this place a 10.

From the moment we walked in the door to move our Mom into The Laurels, the welcome could not have been more inviting! Every member of the staff was at the front to greet us upon arrival, and they most certainly rolled out the red carpet from start to finish.

The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made us and our Mom feel so much at ease with such a huge transition we were facing in our family. The facility is impeccable, the food is delicious, and all available activities and resources are top-notch.

We feel so grateful to have our Mom live at the Laurels, and she is honestly so happy to be there. The sense of relief to know the care she receives, the amazing quality of life she has here, and the sense of belonging to a wonderful group of residents and staff goes above and beyond measure. We will recommend you all to anyone who needs this type of care.
