"There wasn't one thing that I didn't love about my stay at The Laurels of Carson City. I had never been to a Rehabilitation facility so I had no idea what to expect. The Laurels of Carson City definitely exceeded my expectations! All of the therapy staff treated me with the utmost respect, and were always cheerful. I always left the therapy gym with a smile, feeling fantastic. It was certainly hard work, but with such caring staff it was worth every minute of my stay. Hickory Ridge of Temperance has been such a great experience. The facility is always very clean, and everyone we’ve met has been friendly, helpful, and truly caring. You can tell the staff enjoys what they do.

I want to give a special shoutout to Jennifer, the wound nurse, who has been absolutely amazing. She is so knowledgeable, patient, and gentle, and it shows how much she cares about her residents. Sidney, one of the nurse managers, has also been wonderful. She is always approachable, supportive, and on top of everything. Their dedication really gives families peace of mind.

The food here has been amazing, and the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming. It’s clear that the residents are well taken care of.

I’m very thankful to have come across Hickory Ridge and highly recommend it for anyone looking for quality care for themselves or loved ones.
