I recently visited a family member at Regency Canton. I first noticed the gathering area as I walked in. It had a warm, comfortable feeling with a lot of space. I was greeted in a friendly manner at the check-in desk. After filling out some info and having my temperature checked, I was walked to the room by the admissions director, Michelle. The facility appeared clean and well organized. We passed by a large cafeteria. My relative’s room was well-kept. She was extremely complementary of the way she had been treated. She had just finished her meal which she enjoyed. In the 45 minutes I was there, three different people came in to check on her and get her food tray. They were all very kind to her. Overall, it was a top-notch experience. My job takes me to many care facilities and I can say with confidence that they rank amount the best I’ve seen.

I have watched the staff who work here and honestly believe they care about their residents. The building is clean and always smells fresh. If I had to put a loved one in a long-term care facility, this would be the one.

I love everything about The Laurels of Gahanna. The staff, from the administration to the nurses and aides, have always been friendly, kind and helpful. The word caring applies to all aspects of this place and I would recommend it to anyone. My husband and I thank you.

When I first came to the center I was very depressed. The restorative therapist and activities saved my life. The therapist insisted I get out of bed go to activities. The Activities Director was really kind and friendly.

The Laurels of Dekalb was certainly the perfect choice for our parents. The entire team has been more than helpful, kind, caring, friendly, attentive and respectful. The transition into a nursing facility, especially during COVID, was handled wonderfully. The ease and care during that time was greatly appreciated. I would certainly recommend this facility and the great staff to anyone.

I really enjoyed my stay here at Brittany Manor. The therapy is wonderful, the CNA’s are great and the response time is amazing. They made me feel like family. I would definitely stay here again!
