The facility is clean and well-kept, as well as comforting staff and directors who allowed me to feel safe taking my loved one here. I would recommend Omni Continuing Care for all those looking for the best long-term care for their loved ones!

My mom was there after a pelvic fracture for rehabilitation. The entire staff there was so friendly, empathetic, and helpful! From the front desk to social workers, food service, PT, OT, and nursing staff - just amazing people. A special shout-out to Dee, who was an angel in taking care of my mom. I hope we don't have to use their services again, but if we do, I will be very confident my mom is being very well taken care of!

We were very pleased with the staff and services my husband received during his rehab stay. Everyone was attentive and genuine. Staff were quick to respond and had my husband’s best interests at heart. I have worked in this profession for over 49 years, and hands down, this was an exceptional center with exceptional staff. The facility was spotlessly clean, and the CENA staff members are amazingly kind and always go the extra mile for their patients, and they always make time to add the "human touch" -- sometimes a little humor, sometimes compassionate listening, often both at once.
