When I was at The hospital for a broken hip I was told I needed rehabilitation. I chose Regency At Lansing West because I heard a lot of positive things about the facility, including that they had private rooms. My stay at Regency at Lansing West was great, the staff was pleasant and friendly and the care I received was very good.

"I would recommend The Laurels of Shane Hill to anyone thinking of putting a loved one in a nursing home facility.  Everyone from the administrator to the aids do their part in making my mother feel like a member of the family.  The employees always take time to listen to her concerns.  Some even write her while on vacation and some visit on their days off.  My mother now calls The Laurels of Shane Hill her home.  The quality of care is great.  They keep me informed of everything happening with my mother. And for this and everything they do I am very, very grateful."

Since coming to Omni, I have had a life-changing experience. At the other places I wasn't treated well at all, but this place shows me that there are really good people in this world and in nursing homes. I could not be more pleased with the care my mom received at The Laurels of Fulton! The staff was always so kind and accommodating, often going out of their way to ensure her recovery and comfort. The staff greeted each client with their name as they went about their work, smiling at them and connecting with them on a personal level. I highly recommend this location and their staff!

The facility is nice, clean, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, and also knowledgeable. They were good to my mother for the short time that she was there. I would recommend the facility to others.
