My sister Marie has been a resident at Regency Nursing Center for the last two months. We are very pleased with her care daily. Ann, her nurse, has really stood out as a very caring professional. The rest of the staff we have interacted with also receives kudos for a job well done.

This is my second stay at Regency Heights, the first was probably 10 yrs ago. I received excellent care at that time, and this time, I believe it was over and beyond the call of duty. The staff was very attentive, fun-loving, and professional. I definitely recommend them to anybody who needs rehab or long-term care. I wish that I could remember everyone’s name that I encountered, but kudos to the entire staff, Great job!

The team at The Laurels of Chagrin Falls has been very kind and helpful to my family member who has been there for years now. She feels that she is well cared for and grateful to the staff. Her physical therapy has worked wonders. She is now able to stand, walk and dress herself. Huge progress! We appreciate their care especially during the lock down since she is alone. We are able to visit often and she is in good spirits. Thank you Laurels team!!
