"There wasn't one thing that I didn't love about my stay at The Laurels of Carson City. I had never been to a Rehabilitation facility so I had no idea what to expect. The Laurels of Carson City definitely exceeded my expectations! All of the therapy staff treated me with the utmost respect, and were always cheerful. I always left the therapy gym with a smile, feeling fantastic. It was certainly hard work, but with such caring staff it was worth every minute of my stay. My son was in a horrible accident and went to Courtney Manor for rehab . They staff their was great and took great care of him. I thank them everyday for what they do. I have had other family members their and friends it’s a great place and the staff all treat you like family .

My dear mother has been at the Laurels of Galesburg now for a little over two years. The staff has been wonderful. I visit daily, and they have become a second family to us, treating all of us with kindness and even with love. They do a good job of anticipating her needs, and they are thorough and conscientious with her care. I especially want to commend the staff for keeping things running through this recent 60-hour power outage -- they handled the situation with professionalism and grace. As a retired RN myself, I know the challenges they face, and I am happy to give them five stars.
