My grandmother had the best care here! Each and every individual from the Receptionist, Social Worker, Physical Therapist, Nurses, Nurses Aides, and Housekeeping, were phenomenal! The care they showed my grandmother was above and beyond our expectations. I thank them for their hard work and patience with my stubborn and difficult grandmother. The building was clean and well taken care of! Also, cannot forget the chefs and the food. As my grandmother being a chef herself, she LOVED the food here- especially the meatballs! My 83 old mother was there for more than 6 weeks after her hip and wrist surgeries, her experience was great. The staff was very good and the room was very convenient and spacious. Initially there was lot of pain, but because of excellent physical therapy she was able to come out of it rather quickly. The PT staff was very friendly and caring with tons of encouragement. The nursing care was also very good. My mother expresses her personal thanks and regards to everybody. The initial admission and the final discharge process were extremely smooth with no issues.

All the staff at Regency are wonderful! They have great activities with Debra and Erynn. The decorations are uplifting and fun. Great place!
