Both times the hospital discharge planners told me I had to go to other facilities, but I insisted on going to Regency on the Lake! My experience here has been phenomenal; the staff, the therapists… I couldn’t have asked for better. Overall, just very professional.

I have been to Regency of Canton many times over the years. The facility is welcoming and clean. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome while receiving the care you need. A special thank you to all the nurses and CNAs for their kind and supportive care. A special shout-out to the nurse managers for going above and beyond!!!!!

The staff has been absolutely wonderful to my mom and stepfather. We worked with Mindy to get her admitted. She helped with the process and gave us great resources for filling out the paperwork. Since they've been there, I get frequent updates. Every time I visit, the nurses are very friendly and keep me updated on everything going on. Dylan, who is one of the CNEs, has been absolutely wonderful with my stepfather and makes sure that if he has a request that they can't meet, he lets me know.
