Very good care! My mother has dementia, and they took really good care of her!

In late November 2024, my mother survived her second major stroke. When her doctors recommended she receive further rehabilitation therapy through Skilled Nursing, we looked at and researched several Facilities in the Columbus area. We ultimately chose The Laurels Of West Columbus, a decision we will NEVER REGRET!!!! From the moment I did the first tour until after, well, my mother was discharged, everyone associated with the Laurels of West Columbus has been absolutely AMAZING. Thank you to everyone at the Laurels of West Columbus!

The Laurels is a very nice place for someone who needs short and long-term rehabilitation. My mother has been in several times over the years ... The therapy is wonderful and she likes the way they treat her. The staff are friendly and take good care of her. The nurses always keep me posted and updated.

My mom was a resident on the 300 hall, and she was a little sad. Rasheena, the nurse, took the time to find out what was upsetting my mom. My mom couldn't figure out how to work the room phone, so she actually called me for her.
