I give this facility a five star. My mom and dad had Covid and I placed them into this facility because at the time they were the only facility across the state that could accommodate both of my parents. I was uneased by reading all the horrific reviews. I called the facility, The receptionist was polite and she informed me that there were three Keesha and I need to speak with the one in Admissions. Well I spoke with her and I felt very comfortable after our conversation, she had the answers that I was looking for. The nursing staff were wonderful from the beginning to the end of my parents stay. My parents are no longer here but I know that I chose the right facility and I rest comfortably..

Staffing and knowledge of nurses, doctors, physical therapy, admissions, front desk personnel, and the dietary department are SUPERB! I've never had an unpleasant experience at the Laurels of West Carrollton!

Beautiful clean facility . My mom was admitted after a long hospitalization. The admissions team was friendly and helpful. Nursing staff was great and therapy was very proficient. Would definitely recommend.

The administrator, Mrs. Bell, is amazing, and she and her team always make me feel comfortable whenever I send my family here. They handle any concerns to the best of their abilities! I love this place.

My mother was at this facility after surgery for rehab. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Made her feel loved and cared for when we couldn’t be there with her. We are so grateful for everything they did for her. She is doing amazing now thanks to them!

Willowbrook has exceptional staff from nursing to dietary and everything in between. Employees listen to the residents' and family requests and try to go above and beyond what is asked. I recommend Willowbrook Manor to those who are looking for rehabilitation or long-term placement!

Both times the hospital discharge planners told me I had to go to other facilities, but I insisted on going to Regency on the Lake! My experience here has been phenomenal; the staff, the therapists… I couldn’t have asked for better. Overall, just very professional.
