"The Laurels has been a great experience for me! I was nervous about having to come for therapy, but the therapy department has been wonderful to me. The staff is so friendly, caring and truly wants the best for you. There were many days that I just wanted to give up because it was too hard but they kept me going! I was unable to walk on my own where I arrived and within 3 weeks, I am scheduled to "walk" out of here to return home."

My dear mother has been at the Laurels of Galesburg now for a little over two years. The staff has been wonderful. I visit daily, and they have become a second family to us, treating all of us with kindness and even with love. They do a good job of anticipating her needs, and they are thorough and conscientious with her care. I especially want to commend the staff for keeping things running through this recent 60-hour power outage -- they handled the situation with professionalism and grace. As a retired RN myself, I know the challenges they face, and I am happy to give them five stars.

Our family is so pleased with the care our mom is getting at Regency. She is in the Dementia Ward, and I can’t say enough about the staff and cleanliness there. If I wake up at night and wonder how Mom is doing, I don’t worry because of the staff at Regency. I know that she is being taken care of with love and kindness.
