But I must share with you that I have been a nurse for 30 years, worked in 2 long-term care facilities, worked as a hospice nurse for 6 years and currently work in nursing administration in a local acute care facility. The nurses, therapists, and support staff treat them like family — always patient, compassionate, and attentive to every need.

The facility is clean, welcoming, and truly feels like home. The communication has been wonderful, and it’s clear that everyone there genuinely cares about the residents’ well-being and happiness.

I received excellent nursing and rehab services at this facility. I saw the doctor twice, the physician assistant and nurse practitioner 3 times each in 2 weeks that I was there. When I arrived I couldn't stand or walk or get up and down and in and out of bed and today when I am leaving I am walking around with not even needing a walker.

My mother was here for a 2-week respite stay. The staff was warm, welcoming, and did a great job caring for her. As a retired Nursing Home Administrator, I am very aware of providing good care for residents, and I would absolutely recommend Regency at Chagrin Falls. Job well done!
