Everyone there, from the greeter, the office people, the housekeeping, CNA’s, the nurses, therapy, and even the nursing home doctor, they were all wonderful! Couldn’t ask for a better place!

Today I depart, but with some sadness. Though I am so excited to be going home, I will miss you all. My biggest regret is how few names I remember, as i would rather address each personally.

You have chosen a noble work; to bodily care for those unable to care for themselves. Few in this world have the heart for that task. It is often very messy (nicest term I could think of).

So I ask God to protect and preserve you all, prospering you in every facet of your being in ways that only he can.

God is love and you all have shared that as well.

Their physical therapy department was excellent. They were very attentive to my mom’s needs and worked with her to achieve her goals so she could return home. I would highly recommend them. The staff at Ovid Healthcare Center was very friendly and professional. The facility was very clean as well.

I had knee surgery at Sinai Hospital in Detroit and was told that I should go to a rehabilitation center before going home. I was very comfortable going to a sub-acute center because I used to work at one. “My experience at Regency at Livonia was excellent. The nurses and CNAs were very attentive and always willing to help me. My pain was horrible and they addressed it quickly and also gave me pain relieving techniques. The physical and occupational therapy was outstanding and they knew how to push me just enough and made my therapy sessions fun! “I am planning to have a knee replacement on my other knee and I will definitely request Regency at Livonia for my rehab needs!

Since September of 2019 my grandmother has been here and big thank you Ashlee and Brigit for helping me get through the tuff time of leaving grandma because she was so upset and needed to adjust. Courtney manor has great care compared to the other home she was in. If any issues with grandma someone will always call and explain to me what's happening, happened, or what they are planning on doing. The staff has been great in all departments; care for her because she is very strong willed and stubborn, keeping her busy mind wise and rehab exercise, billing if I have questions they get me answers. I'm very happy with how they care for her because I know I can't do it. If I would of left her where she was in 2019 I really don't think she would still be here with us. I thank all of the staff for everything they do everyday for everyone there. Our world has changed in so many ways this past year without being able to hug grandma and see her every week, I'm grateful the staff can go give her a hug, push her to stay healthy making her eat/drink and strong by making her walk the room/hall! Really enjoyed getting to know the director of admissions- her passion for caring for seniors is evident, and it seems like a great place for a loved one!
