My aunt lived in Lakeview for 5+ years. She was legally blind, had memory loss, and for the last few years was confined to a wheelchair. I visited her on random days, about 4 times a month, at all hours. She was always clean, dressed neatly and appropriately, hair braided, and comfortable. She liked the hot meals, the staff's attention, and her favorite tea, which they brought her between meals. The administrators and staff were good communicators. On my visits, I had frequent interactions with both. They were prompt, receptive, and helpful when I had questions. I was made aware of the need for booster vaccinations and changes in meds, and was given good advice about Medicaid paperwork. I was invited to quarterly meetings to discuss my and their concerns about her mental and physical health. Lakeview was a good fit for my aunt (she passed in late October 2025 at age 99). I think they took great care of her.

Our family is so pleased with the care our mom is getting at Regency. She is in the Dementia Ward, and I can’t say enough about the staff and cleanliness there. If I wake up at night and wonder how Mom is doing, I don’t worry because of the staff at Regency. I know that she is being taken care of with love and kindness.

Pam, one of your STNA's, had an excellent greeting, great bedside manner, job loyalty and a nice smile which helped to make the transition from the hospital to The Laurels a comfortable one for my mother!

I experienced a fall and found it necessary to go to a rehabilitation facility. Because my insurance would cover the same no matter where I went, I chose a facility my daughter had recently obtained a front desk job, a place, I may add, I had never heard of but in the end, it was the best decision I could have made. Aria rehabilitation center had it all, spectacular nursing care, fabulous food and all in all a 5 star rating in every area
I went there on a whim and stayed there because of the impressive "we care about you" attitude that every nurse, every cna, every non medical employee and all of management expressed with their kindness, compassion, all out helpfulness and yeah love. Do yourself a favor and turn an accidental fall into a wonderful experience, meet some really nice people who are more than willing to help you.
