The care my stepfather had received from arrival to his passing was phenomenal! They updated me and kept me informed, even on the small details throughout his time at the center. Addressed all of my concerns in a timely manner. Though his dementia was a bit harder to work with at times. He was taken care of with respect, patience, and dignity. I will forever be grateful for the care my stepfather has received throughout his time at Christian Park.

I give this facility a five star. My mom and dad had Covid and I placed them into this facility because at the time they were the only facility across the state that could accommodate both of my parents. I was uneased by reading all the horrific reviews. I called the facility, The receptionist was polite and she informed me that there were three Keesha and I need to speak with the one in Admissions. Well I spoke with her and I felt very comfortable after our conversation, she had the answers that I was looking for. The nursing staff were wonderful from the beginning to the end of my parents stay. My parents are no longer here but I know that I chose the right facility and I rest comfortably..

So impressed with my dad’s rehab stay. We had been to another facility in Tawas and did not have a great experience. Was very reluctant to send my dad back to rehab. Best decision we made. Clean, no smells, and all private rooms, the staff was very helpful. So happy my dad will stay here long term.

Thank you people who make Regency Heights run. My Experience with you was one where I consistently encountered friendly, well-organized, competent, people committed to their work. I am indebted to your therapy professionals and staff. I appreciate their contribution to the recovery I have been able to make until now. The people who came regularly to attend to my needs, I have the greatest fondness. The nurse's assistants, nurses, and all the people who came around were all so friendly and considerate. I respect that your food preparation team can provide constantly palatable food daily on a scale you operate on. The variety and occasional treats helped make the whole food experience more enjoyable. Or more succinctly my compliments to the chef. Having someone to play chess with helped a lot too. Great people working recreation. My interactions with management were mostly quite enjoyable and were always handled with the highest professionalism by them. I am impressed they can provide such a high quality of staff. Whoever however makes your staff acquisition and retention decisions I am grateful to be the beneficiary of your work and dedication.

Our family is so pleased with the care our mom is getting at Regency. She is in the Dementia Ward, and I can’t say enough about the staff and cleanliness there. If I wake up at night and wonder how Mom is doing, I don’t worry because of the staff at Regency. I know that she is being taken care of with love and kindness.
