My experience at Bluffs Park was very good. I was treated with dignity and kindness. The overall attitude of the staff, even those I didn't have daily contact with was always pleasant. They were all interested in my well-being. I would definitely recommend Bluffs Park to anyone. My PT and OT were the best I have ever had. Bluffs Park was much better than any other facility I have been to before and I will always remember the humorous stories shared. I am glad to have visited this place.

Beautiful facility!!!! The rooms and halls are clean and well-kept. The admissions team was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to answer all my questions.

Today I depart, but with some sadness. Though I am so excited to be going home, I will miss you all. My biggest regret is how few names I remember, as i would rather address each personally.

You have chosen a noble work; to bodily care for those unable to care for themselves. Few in this world have the heart for that task. It is often very messy (nicest term I could think of).

So I ask God to protect and preserve you all, prospering you in every facet of your being in ways that only he can.

God is love and you all have shared that as well.

The Regency facility is clean, modern, and has great staff. Nurse Hamilton made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Nurses are kind. I would recommend!

My mom was recently admitted to the laurels and we are having a good experience, especially with the DON, Violet, MSW Tammy, Business Manager Nicole, Tony L, our CNA during the day, and Tara and Sam CNA at night. The DON and MSW are wonderful, answering many questions and helping us navigate through this new time in our lives. I've never done this, and I'm going through the process with their guidance and it's making it much easier. I appreciate all the care and services they are giving to my mom. There are other people who assist her as well, and I'm sorry I can't mention all of them. I don't know all their names, but everyone we've come in contact with has been very nice and kind to her.
