"If I needed to go anywhere for Rehab or Skilled Nursing in the future, I wouldn't consider going anywhere but back to The Laurels of Hillsboro. The care I received while getting rehabilitation was excellent. The staff was great, very caring toward my wife and I both. The rehabilitation made it so I can return to my home independently, but I'll visit here every day, because my wife is staying."

Since September of 2019 my grandmother has been here and big thank you Ashlee and Brigit for helping me get through the tuff time of leaving grandma because she was so upset and needed to adjust. Courtney manor has great care compared to the other home she was in. If any issues with grandma someone will always call and explain to me what's happening, happened, or what they are planning on doing. The staff has been great in all departments; care for her because she is very strong willed and stubborn, keeping her busy mind wise and rehab exercise, billing if I have questions they get me answers. I'm very happy with how they care for her because I know I can't do it. If I would of left her where she was in 2019 I really don't think she would still be here with us. I thank all of the staff for everything they do everyday for everyone there. Our world has changed in so many ways this past year without being able to hug grandma and see her every week, I'm grateful the staff can go give her a hug, push her to stay healthy making her eat/drink and strong by making her walk the room/hall! The Laurels of Coldwater is a perfect place for your loved ones. The staff is not only kind and caring but also respectful of all the residents. The social worker, Nick, is especially considerate of people’s needs. I have observed the kindness with which he handled the concerns and needs of each person. He truly cares. I would recommend this facility to anyone considering a home for their loved one.
