It was a very hard decision to have my mom go into a home. Knowing the love, care and compassion that all the staff here have for her and the other residents has been a huge thing for all of the family members. I would highly recommend The Laurels of Massillon for your loved ones!

She continues to answer questions daily, check in on our mother, and help us be patient during this process. I am well pleased with the care that my mother has received here. This is our first time having to deal with a nursing home and rehab. We did not know what to expect but the staff has kept us well informed of her progress by sending us pictures and phone calls since we are unable to go in and visit her [during the COVID-19 pandemic]. The staff has been very helpful to us even when we come to visit through the window.
