Regency has a wonderful therapy department, and their day shift staff are amazing. The food was great, and the conversation with Joe in the dietary department was a pleasure. Thank you, Joe, for making my stay enjoyable.

The therapy is the best there is, and the therapists are thorough and dedicated. Everybody is friendly and knows you by name. The transportation is a nice service and Jim is very friendly. They respond to call lights fast. The private rooms are real nice and cozy, and they have the best soup I've ever had!

From the moment we walked in the door to move our Mom into The Laurels, the welcome could not have been more inviting! Every member of the staff was at the front to greet us upon arrival, and they most certainly rolled out the red carpet from start to finish.

The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made us and our Mom feel so much at ease with such a huge transition we were facing in our family. The facility is impeccable, the food is delicious, and all available activities and resources are top-notch.

We feel so grateful to have our Mom live at the Laurels, and she is honestly so happy to be there. The sense of relief to know the care she receives, the amazing quality of life she has here, and the sense of belonging to a wonderful group of residents and staff goes above and beyond measure. We will recommend you all to anyone who needs this type of care.

We have had the pleasure of working with Nicole at Autumnwood since day one. Her knowledge, kindness, and willingness to help us navigate from the very beginning in placing our mother were amazing.
