This is my second stay at Regency Heights, the first was probably 10 yrs ago. I received excellent care at that time, and this time, I believe it was over and beyond the call of duty. The staff was very attentive, fun-loving, and professional. I definitely recommend them to anybody who needs rehab or long-term care. I wish that I could remember everyone’s name that I encountered, but kudos to the entire staff, Great job!

I visited my mother today and was truly impressed. The staff were so friendly, and the place felt open, safe, and welcoming. Residents are able to move freely from the first floor to the second without feeling trapped, which makes such a positive difference. It’s comforting to see an environment that truly supports residents’ well-being.

"I would like to give kudos to The Laurels of Charlottesville’s Physical Therapy program. What a fantastic program that they offer. They have a wonderful therapy gym, lots of wonderful equipment to work with, fantastic highly skilled therapists that do such a wonderful job working with the patients. I just love how the therapists interact with each other and the patients and give the family the opportunity to work along with them. A great program I highly recommend to others."

"My husband suffered a major stroke, after two bad experiences at other facilities I made the decision to transfer him to The Laurels of Shane Hill in Rockford for rehabilitation.  Within two days the entire family started to see an improvement.  Their therapy was just what he needed.  They are well-educated, enthusiastic and so compassionate.  The entire staff from janitorial to management was excellent.  The nurses and aids took wonderful care of him; I knew when I went home at night he was in good hands.  I would encourage anyone needing this type of service to definitely give The Laurels of Shane Hill a chance."

This place is spacious and has great community vibes! The staff and residents get involved in festivities from events like the pumpkin relay race competition to dressing up residents in Halloween costumes for the annual Halloween party! Great community!

Fountain View of Monroe is the best nursing facility in Monroe. Coming to this facility was the best thing that has ever happen to me, I cant not thank them enough for all they did for me. They gave me confidence I would not be where I am today with out the Staff at Fountain View, I will never be able to thank them enough. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
