My mom was recently admitted to the laurels and we are having a good experience, especially with the DON, Violet, MSW Tammy, Business Manager Nicole, Tony L, our CNA during the day, and Tara and Sam CNA at night. The DON and MSW are wonderful, answering many questions and helping us navigate through this new time in our lives. I've never done this, and I'm going through the process with their guidance and it's making it much easier. I appreciate all the care and services they are giving to my mom. There are other people who assist her as well, and I'm sorry I can't mention all of them. I don't know all their names, but everyone we've come in contact with has been very nice and kind to her.

I came to the laurels for rehab after a hospital stay. I was treated with kindness, respect, and care. Everybody kept a good track of my medical condition, and the rehab was very good.

I have really enjoyed my time here with the staff and appreciate them. Therapy is an A+ and overall my experience is an A+. I came here not knowing what to expect but I have learned a lot. I think most people are happy to be able to return home but I am sad to leave.

Skilled Nursing Facilities have gotten such a bad wrap over the years and I can attest to the fact that they are so much more. I have come to believe that the staff, at least at The Laurels, do truly care about their patients ... I would give you 10 stars if I could.

I had an amazing experience at Hickory Ridge of Temperance. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcomed by the entire staff.

Zech was a phenomenal nurse preceptor with a true passion to teach and had excellent leadership skills. He was very kind, patient, and helpful. I really appreciate the knowledge and expertise of my preceptor.
