My stay here was great and the staff was attentive to my needs. Anything I needed the staff made sure I had. They had someone from management meet with me daily to ask about my stay [and if I ever had any concerns they were handled immediately]. I am at home with my family because of the staff and amazing therapy department at this rehab. I cannot thank them enough for all of their kindness and hard work.

My mother has been to 4 different facilities in the Columbus area. Our experience with the Laurels of Gahanna has been the best. She has the same people looking after her each week. They are caring and really have patience for her. All staff are welcoming and friendly. She has been there for a few months, and I am convinced she is in the right place.

The social worker, Shauna, was amazing at helping accommodate my needs and was just an absolutely amazing and caring person. The rehabilitation therapists were also great and got me walking again.

Bluffs Park was the most pleasant medical care I have ever experienced. My favorite features were the windows and lighting, kitchen staff (so professional), Dr. Reddy & bubbly Beth, all of the nurses, aids, and cleaning staff. This facility is exceptionally clean and crisp, outside and inside. The PT and OT staff (Mary, Maria, Teddy) that I received therapy from were very knowledgeable and very helpful. They motivated me to work hard on my knee recovery. I would and will recommend Bluffs Park to others for its people-positive approach to healing. It is good to see medical staff putting forward extra effort to help people recover from physical injury and not just going through the motions. This gave me extra energy to work hard on my recovery.

"It has been a pleasant experience. I appreciate the good care. Its been a wonderful experience, the people at the Laurels are so nice and kind. The facility is very clean. The therapy was adequate, all of the therapist were polite and I really enjoyed working with the therapy team. The food was adequate and my favorite dish was dessert. The nurses are very polite, I had a private room and they allowed my wife to come and stay the night with me will I recovered. The Administrator and Regional Director even helped to fix a bed in the side of my room so my wife could have a place to lay her head while she come to visit me. I and my wife would recommend the Laurels of Bon Air to anyone for therapy and nursing care."
