I have a family member who is being cared for at Regency Chene. I can honestly say that when my family member is in the care of Veronica W., Kenya, and Rochelle, I can rest assured she will be properly taken care of and all of her needs will be met. Those ladies treat their patients with love and kindness. Being in a nursing home can be a scary, lonely place, but they make them feel loved and give them hope that all is not lost. They are truly a blessing.

My stay here was great and the staff was attentive to my needs. Anything I needed the staff made sure I had. They had someone from management meet with me daily to ask about my stay [and if I ever had any concerns they were handled immediately]. I am at home with my family because of the staff and amazing therapy department at this rehab. I cannot thank them enough for all of their kindness and hard work.

My 93-year-old dad is at this facility. It's so reassuring to see the compassionate care he is getting from his caregivers. They are kind and joyful, which imbues a very nice atmosphere, and, since I am out of the state, it really helps me not be anxious. Nicole Thomas has been especially helpful in making sure Dad is as comfortable and safe as is possible. I am very grateful.

The management team, nurses, aides, and physical therapy staff couldn’t have been any more caring and helpful from the moment I arrived. They made sure I had meals and snacks to my satisfaction. The nurses aides went over and beyond to make me feel at home. I could not have asked for any better treatment during my stay.

They were very attentive to my father. He was always clean and didn’t smell. The food was appetizing. The laundry was done instead of having a lockdown memory unit. They kept the outdoors locked, and access to an atrium was available anytime the patients wanted to smell fresh air. It was very comfortable. The staff was personable.
