Regency at Chene has the best care and the best team. Regency at Chene takes care of their patients and takes care of each other. They stand together and build bonds with the residents, no matter if they are long-term or short-term. Bring your family members here for good care, I did, and she is enjoying her stay here. It's a big step up from her previous nursing home. The nurses and CNAs care, and they have a wonderful team.

"I spent three weeks in The Laurels of Canton for physical therapy recovering from a long illness. While a patient in The Laurels, the care I was given was professional, competent, and caring. I felt the staff took a personal interest in my recovery. The facility is comfortable, clean, and the food is good too. I met a lot of people there that became friends. I decided to volunteer at The Laurels after my recovery because I want to be active. I can say it is a very rewarding return. The staff is wonderful and I work with the Activities Department where I meet a lot of patients. In closing, I can only say they have all done more for me than I ever did for them."

All the staff are nice and willing to do anything for you. The therapists are also nice and helped me get  stronger. I chose Willowbrook Manor because my mom was here and I knew I would also be treated well here. I liked that staff came to visit me in the hospital. The nurses here have been wonderful and have gone above and beyond for me.

Beautiful facility!!!! The rooms and halls are clean and well-kept. The admissions team was friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to answer all my questions.

"I am was a guest of the Laurels of bon air,and I would like to tell all about my time experience while I was there. The facility was very nice , but the best part was the staff and personal I came into contact with. On a scale of 1 to10 I would give them a 25 par excellence. The staff treated all patients with respect, kindness, and above gentleness. I cannot find one thing I was more than satisfied with they treated all like family. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needed to use it. Your experience will be nothing less than 5 Star plus rated. I loved the therapist they took time to make sure you understand how and why they were having do what you were doing. I came Syracuse New York and Moved here less than 2 years ago . This is Mom’s third facility, and I’m pleased so far!! Any concerns that I have are addressed immediately! The staff is always friendly and ready to answer questions or direct you in the right direction if they can’t answer or help you with what you need. It’s always clean and smells fresh when I’m there. The Director of Nursing is always going above and beyond to make sure the residents and staff are taken care of to the best of her ability. My family and I are happy with our decision.
