"I am was a guest of the Laurels of bon air,and I would like to tell all about my time experience while I was there. The facility was very nice , but the best part was the staff and personal I came into contact with. On a scale of 1 to10 I would give them a 25 par excellence. The staff treated all patients with respect, kindness, and above gentleness. I cannot find one thing I was more than satisfied with they treated all like family. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needed to use it. Your experience will be nothing less than 5 Star plus rated. I loved the therapist they took time to make sure you understand how and why they were having do what you were doing. I came Syracuse New York and Moved here less than 2 years ago . Communication is excellent. unfortunately I'm unable to be with my loved one all the time, but the nursing staff always notifies me of any changes.
