I came to your facility with a church group to visit a worship sister. The receptionist was willing and able to answer any questions we had, and the CNAs were very helpful in caring for our church member. I will recommend your facility if I ever have the opportunity.

Jane came to Regency at Canton after a car accident in her beloved Mustang. She was hospitalized for several days because she fractured her pelvis and ribs, and had all over body soreness and weakness. When she first arrived at Regency she was pretty much bed bound and unable to move. Jane explains, “I’ve been to other rehabilitation centers in the past, but my son toured and was very impressed. He told me he thought he found a beautiful place for me to go to get better and walk again”. Since her stay at Regency at Canton, Jane states “I feel like I can live independently again in my home of 55 years with my darling cat. I wasn’t sure if it was possible after such a traumatic experience since I am now 90 years old!” When asked about the staff at Regency at Canton, Jane is excited to say, “The nurses are dedicated to the patients emotional and physical needs and far surpassed all of my expectations”. She goes on to say, “The therapy staff is outstanding! They are so devoted to their patients and I can’t thank them enough for giving me back my independence.” “I truly want to thank everyone at Regency at Canton for everything they have done for me. I will miss them greatly, but will be happy to come back to visit soon.”

Thank you people who make Regency Heights run. My Experience with you was one where I consistently encountered friendly, well-organized, competent, people committed to their work. I am indebted to your therapy professionals and staff. I appreciate their contribution to the recovery I have been able to make until now. The people who came regularly to attend to my needs, I have the greatest fondness. The nurse's assistants, nurses, and all the people who came around were all so friendly and considerate. I respect that your food preparation team can provide constantly palatable food daily on a scale you operate on. The variety and occasional treats helped make the whole food experience more enjoyable. Or more succinctly my compliments to the chef. Having someone to play chess with helped a lot too. Great people working recreation. My interactions with management were mostly quite enjoyable and were always handled with the highest professionalism by them. I am impressed they can provide such a high quality of staff. Whoever however makes your staff acquisition and retention decisions I am grateful to be the beneficiary of your work and dedication.

I have a family member who is being cared for at Regency Chene. I can honestly say that when my family member is in the care of Veronica W., Kenya, and Rochelle, I can rest assured she will be properly taken care of and all of her needs will be met. Those ladies treat their patients with love and kindness. Being in a nursing home can be a scary, lonely place, but they make them feel loved and give them hope that all is not lost. They are truly a blessing.
