Staff in admissions met and surpassed my expectations. Mom needed to be in a new room and the staff kept me in the loop. I never felt that I or mom were not a priority. Definitely give the staff an A+.

Super impressed with this facility! I had a family member here. The therapy gym and the staff were incredible. The facility was beautiful, very clean and have large private rooms. If we ever have the need again we will be back.

My husband had a short rehab stay here after he broke his leg. We were very pleased with the care he received from the nursing staff. His rehab with Eric, Christie and the rest of the rehab team got him back on his feet. The facility was very clean and housekeeping staff were friendly. My grandpa stayed at Brittany Manor after a fall, and I can’t say enough about the amazing care he received. He needed both physical therapy and dialysis, and having both available on-site was such a huge blessing for our family. At other facilities, he had to leave the building multiple times a week for dialysis, which was stressful, tiring, and sometimes caused him to get sick. At Brittany Manor, everything was right there under one roof, which made his recovery so much smoother! The physical therapy team worked with him daily to help him regain his strength, and the progress he made was incredible. The staff was always attentive, professional, and caring. One thing that really stood out was the communication. Our family was kept in the loop every step of the way. This meant a lot to my dad, who lives far away and can’t always visit in person, but still felt connected and informed. Brittany Manor truly exceeded our expectations. They made a difficult time so much easier, and we are beyond grateful for the compassionate care they provided. I would absolutely recommend them to any family looking for skilled nursing care and rehabilitation.
