I had the best experience at this facility. The staff take care of all their residents very well. I have also seen how they interact with their residents and provide fun activities everyday. The activity director, Nikki, is awesome at what she does for these residents. The patiences and creativity she has goes above and beyond. Everyone is amazing! Definately recommend this facility for your loved ones. :)

Working in this rehab facility has been a truly positive experience. The nursing staff provides compassionate, attentive care, and they consistently go above and beyond to support each patient’s needs. Our therapy team is equally dedicated—always patient, encouraging, and focused on helping residents reach their goals. Hickory Ridge of Temperance has been such a great experience. The facility is always very clean, and everyone we’ve met has been friendly, helpful, and truly caring. You can tell the staff enjoys what they do. I want to give a special shoutout to Jennifer, the wound nurse, who has been absolutely amazing. She is so knowledgeable, patient, and gentle, and it shows how much she cares about her residents. Sidney, one of the nurse managers also has been wonderful. She is always approachable, supportive, and on top of everything. Their dedication really gives families peace of mind. The food here has been amazing and the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming. It’s clear that the residents are well taken care of. I’m very thankful to have come across Hickory Ridge and highly recommend for anyone looking for quality care for themselves or loved ones.

I would like to put a vote in for Jolene and Rita. I would like to say how good they were with my Mother. They both went out of their way to make my Mom's stay the best they could. She always made my Mother smile. Thank You! both so very much. You both get 5 stars in my book. As far as the rehab goes. I think it could be better!

I had an amazing experience at Hickory Ridge of Temperance. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcomed by the entire staff. Zech was a phenomenal nurse preceptor with a true passion to teach and had excellent leadership skills. He was very kind, patient and helpful. This place is wonderful. The staff is caring and attentive. My grandpa was there for a short time and I was very impressed. It was always very clean . The staff was always interacting with the residents. I saw them doing activities all the time and they always were laughing and having a great time. All the staff was wonderful but a few stood out . Ashley in nursing ,Rachel in the activities, and Autumn in housekeeping. Please keep up the good work guys!

I am/was a resident of this facility I moved into Hickory Ridge of Temperance. It's very nice. They have patios outside. They keep the grass, and the parking lot is in good shape. The staff is wonderful, not enough of them, but it's wonderful. They play bingo three times a week. They have crafting classes, they have musical people come in and sing and play instruments, and they have parties quite often. The food is sufficient. It's a little bit repetitive. There are a lot of pasta dishes, which I don't care for, but a lot of Italian pasta dishes.

My grandma is a resident here and she’s so well taken care of. She’s always clean, and put together and able to do what she likes whether that’s activities or just strolling in her wheelchair. She’s treated with respect and kindness from the staff. Anytime we have had an issue it has been addressed and handled immediately. The facility as a whole seems to really care. The building is clean and her room is spacious for her to be comfortable.
