I had the pleasure of touring this community! Very welcoming, Such friendly staff and residents just overall a beautiful place.
Everyone was great there. The social worker was so kind & helpful. My mom has had a great rehabilitation experience here. The staff has been professional and supportive. Thank you!
There is such a happy vibe here, everybody was very welcoming and friendly. Kate was a pleasure to work with. Kate understood that I was stressed and she calmed me down.
My mother-in-law is there now. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and the meals (I hear) are good. Whenever I want to talk to someone they are made available. I did ask about laundry and was told I had to write her name on the clothes then they will be washed. Makes sense. Very pleased with... Read More
It was a POSITIVE experience for my 85 year old mother at The Laurels of Kettering, she stayed 1 week for PT to get her strength back after a hospital stay
Overall an adequate rehab experience after a hospital stay after a fall for my elderly mother. I felt most of the staff were very nice and accommodating, doing the best they could with seeing a lot of patients. Food was very good I felt. Medical Director, front desk, PT, in particular, seemed to... Read More

My Uncle has been here twice now. I have valued all the office staff and their help as well as his aides. The rehab services were great.
Very comfortable, relaxing and clean facility :)
My mother spent nearly 4 years at Lincoln Park, in Assisted Living and also spent about 60 days of that time in Rehab, following repeated hospitalizations for CHF. Not only did my mother get very good care, but she also was loved and respected by the staff. We also had Hospice care for her twice whi... Read More

Skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) like Ciena Healthcare provide crucial services for our most vulnerable population: the frail and elderly. Today’s SNFs have significantly evolved over time to provide both long-term comprehensive care and short-term rehabilitation services. However, in comparison to other medical settings, especially hospitals, SNFs are often overlooked for important resources and funding.
As health care evolves, skilled nursing facilities are increasingly providing care previously delivered in hospitals. Nationwide, the 65 and older population will double over the next 20 years. By 2040, it could triple. As our population ages, SNFs are becoming increasingly vital to the care and wellbeing of our seniors.
SNFs need advocates and allies to actively engage with their representatives and speak up about important issues facing our industry. This page is designed to share ways you can help support SNFs and the vital services they provide for our elders.
Contact Your Elected Officials and Voice Your Support for SNFs!
It is crucial the voices of SNF supporters be heard by Congress. Members of Congress value their constituents’ opinions and it is critical they hear from our advocates and allies.
