I have enjoyed my time at this facility. For our Thanksgiving meal the dietary department did the best job making our food. We had delicious green beans, turkey and gravy, an absolutely amazing sweet potato casserole, as well as other terrific food. The kitchen does a fantastic job. Virginia and Katy in activities make things super fun especially during the holidays. There is always something for us to do and we have a great time. I really like the friends I’ve made here and the staff make things exciting.

This facility has one huge thing going for it-- it has HEART!! The staff, from the top down, are all super professional, care about their jobs and are always attentive to the residents and their families. My own family had a short stay for a parent in 2024 before he passed. This year, a very good friend was in LOWC after a hospital stay. The PT, OT and medical teams were top notch and helped her with professionalism, care and selfless diligence. I'm giving the facility 5 stars because overall they are fabulous, from the director Ginny, the finance manager Tiffany, and the CNAs too. The big exception is the food is not so great. My friend struggled with the quality of food and her family and friends brought in food for her a lot. Her CARE though by such a caring staff is not to be beat.

The Laurels at Willow creek is a wonderful place to be if you need great nursing and great therapy.

The therapy team is phenomenal here. The team offers physical, occupational and speech therapy throughout your stay. Insurance covers your stay! The facility offers comprehensive care and provides compassionate caregivers.

I have worked at the Laurels of Willow Creek for 9 years in the dietary department, as a cook. I'm blessed to be a part of an establishment that cares about the guest and employees. I definitely recommend this place in more ways than one. Management is patient centered and focused on the best outcomes possible. Come try our menu...it's great!!

My father spent 24 days at the Laurels at Willow Creek after shoulder surgery. We found this facility to be extremely impressive in many areas! The first thing you notice is the vibe of the place. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted warmly at the sign-in desk. The halls are clean and the staff is extremely warm and friendly. They kept a close watch on Pop as he was a fall risk. If they saw him in the hall with without his cane, they gently reminded him to get it. When the timing was right, he began rehab on his shoulder. He enjoyed three square meals a day and had a delightful roommate. The best part was on his last day, all the staff lined up on either side of the hall and played “celebrate good times” while he walked down the middle like a rockstar. We couldn’t be more pleased with the care Pop received and would highly recommend this facility to anybody in need.
