Very clean facility. Darko was especially helpful but everyone was patient and professional. If you have to be in rehab, this is the place to be.

My father came in without much mobility, within a week he was slowly walking with assistance from the PT and a walker. And he enjoyed the food which kept him nourished. The staff was great to both him and me and took good care of him when I had to leave town briefly. While he didn’t do any of the activities, there is something happening every day (personally I enjoyed the puzzles). I would recommend Willow Creek to anyone who is in need of their services.

My mother was a rehab patient at The Laurels of Willow Creek recently and our experience with the facility was very positive and refreshing. When we first called to inquire, Jenny was timely and informative and made room in her schedule on Fourth of July to show us the spaces, for both myself and my sister at different times. The first thing that struck me, was the staff on hand. For a holiday there was an amazing number of staff on duty and what really made me feel comfortable was that they were upbeat, energized and seemed to actually be engaged in the patients and their jobs. This proved to be true throughout the week she was there. The attention was spot on and anything my mom needed they provided fairly quickly. The cleanliness was on going and impressive that there was as much attention to this aspect since it is not always true in most facilities of this nature. We did put air fresheners in the room because the windows are not opened. The PT and OT provided was geared to her abilities and within days she was up and about walking the halls. The rehab area was open and bright and contained all that is needed to rehabilitate. We found the meals to be varied and hot upon arrival. They also allowed us to bring in items that softened the room and made my mom feel more at home. It was so nice to have natural light in every room in the facility as well. Whenever we inquired about medication, schedules, services, they were very responsive. When we were ready to have my mom discharged the social worker/case worker expedited it even though it was a weekend. The Laurels at Willow Creek is a very good nursing/ rehab facility that has taken care of my wife and I very well for over 2 months now. The room is clean with a nice view. The staff has been very competent and helpful and always professional and positive. We have been in other facilities and I can tell you the Laurels at Willow Creek is a huge step up from them.

My husband spent over 2 weeks here. It was so clean he liked the food and the nurses and doctors were exceptionally wonderful. If he ever needs physical therapy again Willow Oaks is our choice

My Mom spent twenty days in the Laurels of Willow Creek after she fell and cracked her pelvis in three places. It was extremely hard leaving her in a place I knew nothing about. From the first day forward I was greeted like family. Every staff member spoke to me and my family in a warm and welcoming manner. We were informed every day of her progress and she felt safe in her surroundings. The PT and OT staff were excellent. My Mom loved working with each and every one of them. There are far too many people to mention but the one member who went above and beyond to make sure all was right with my Mom was Ginny Lockett. Ginny made sure my Mom was taken care of from her room assignment to meetings about her care. It was great having an advocate I felt I could speak with freely about all aspects of her care. I am very grateful to all the folks at the Laurels and feel my Mom had the best care possible.

My father in law was in in-patient care at the Laurels of Willow Creek for a few weeks after a stroke. He’s now been back home for several months and continues his recovery. He had great care from the nurses, and really benefited from the wonderful physical therapy and occupational therapy that he received there. He’s on the road to further recovery now, and his stay at the Laurels helped get that path started for him. We knew he was in good hands while he was there!

My mother who is 98 years old loves the facility and the staff. They are very friendly and professional. The facility is very clean. I am very happy with the care my mother is getting.
