I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother was there for 2 weeks recovering from a broken hip. I would like to give a shout out to one of the aides (Sassy) who was a big help to us. She was very caring, kind and patient to both Mom and all her family members with their questions and concerns.

I was quite unsure what to expect, given the horror stories about these places, but I was instantly at ease. The facility is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, and it's obvious that they care about their patients and that they love what they do. Each patient is treated like family, and made to feel like they are at home. They even took me to my Drs appts! IThough I love all the staff, T, who works nights, quickly became my favorite (and Connie), because she listens, she's very loving and compassionate, and she does her job VERY well! I would absolutely recommend this fantastic place to anyone. I would just like to (belatedly) add that I was being treated for a wound on my left heel, and Angie took care of my wound and was phenomenal at caring for it, and my wound vac. She proved time and again how well she knows her stuff! The icing on the cake - like T and Connie, Angie has a wonderful, amazing personality. I genuinely miss all of the friends I made during my three week stay, but I especially miss T. And T, I really hope you read this, bc I want you to know how special you are. I love and miss you SO much, my friend. You're in my thoughts and prayers constantly, and rest assured, I'll be back to visit you and Angie just as soon as I can! (I love you Connie!) XO XO 😘

Our family had a wonderful experience at this facility my brother was there for more than 6 weeks and they were so caring and made sure his needs were addressed at all times . I was so worried about my brother but the day he was admitted my mind was an ease ! Best nurses best staff ever . The building was immaculate so clean reminded us of being home , very pleasant.

My son went here for Rehab. All the staff and therapists were great. Sassy was great. Made him laugh. The building is beautiful. I enjoyed coming to the building to visit with my son. Everyone was friendly and kind. If I ever had to go for Rehab I would choose Regency at Canton.

Sandra Reaume (Sassy) was absolutely amazing with my nina (grandmother). She is STILL checking in and letting us know she’s thinking about her. Every time I tell my grandma she smiles. She took such great care of her when she was there. The nursing home / health facilities need more people like her. 10000% recommend this place, especially because of her.

I found the Regency at Canton to be a very friendly, helpful facility. They offer a wide range of services. They have both long term care and short term care sections. Long term covers senior living, nursing home, hospice, and more. Short term covers a variety of services. I was there for physical and occupational therapy. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs. Three good, healthy meals a day. Water (16oz) delivered to you twice daily (and of course you can ask for more). Daily check of vital signs. Regular checks from staff on how you're doing, multiple time daily. The therapy was very good. I was struggling with strength and balance issues. They took me through a series of exercises, many of which I can continue to do at home. The exercises were tailored to your specific needs. They were challenging but not overly taxing. They left me with a feeling I had done something helpful, without overly The rooms are clean and neat. Nothing fancy, but appealing and comfortable. They are all singles in the short term section, doubles in long term. They provide wheel chairs and walkers to those who need them. They have a number of activities daily. Movies, Bingo, church services, meet and greets over lemonade, coffee, etc. I rate the Regency at Canton a 5 out of 5. Am I qualified to rate it thusly? I think so. I stayed 3 weeks, enough time to experience the breadth of their services. I went home only because the insurance company said so. I was doing well enough according to the reports filed by the therapists that Medicare felt I could go home. I wanted to stay another week or two. That tells you something. I couldn't ask for more from the Regency, considering how helpful and competent they were. Well done, Regency!
