Sepsis Program

Sepsis is the body’s extreme response to an infection. It is a life-threatening condition that requires urgent medical care to prevent tissue damage, organ damage, and death. In a typical year, at least 1.7 million adults in America develop sepsis and at least 350,000 adults who develop sepsis die during their hospitalization or are moved into hospice care. We recognize the complexities that come with managing Sepsis in a long-term care setting. Our Sepsis Program is designed to provide comprehensive care, support, and a tailored approach to meet the unique needs of individuals navigating this condition.

Personalized Care Plans

Each resident in our Sepsis Program receives personalized care plans developed by our experienced healthcare team. These plans are tailored to address the specific challenges and requirements associated with Sepsis.  Our care plans aim to enhance overall well-being and quality of life.
