Marlene gave my family a great tour and gave me and my family amazing customer service. Thank you Marlene
Staff is wonderful to work with and always making patient care the highest priority.
Admissions girls were so kind and helpful with getting my mother in law settled in.
From the NP down through all the nursing staff, the RNs, LPNs, and CNAs I was treated with unwavering, dedicated, loving care. Physical and occupational therapists helped me get back on my feet and get ready to go home. If I ran Ciena, I would give everyone on the nursing staff a raise, particularly... Read More
Hello, I spent nearly a month at Regency West during a difficult time with a broken leg. Regency is a very Professional facility with a Warm, Caring and Sharing Staff. Thank-You for all you did for me in my time of need for rest, nutrition and rehab !!
Staff and facilities very happy. Especially the staff Caring and professional . The only negative was food for someone who needed to be gluten-free. Most meals except breakfast would be given a gluten desert also there was cross contamination Overall a positive experience
I would highly recommend Regency with your loved ones. They cared for my mother in law for several months. She didn’t speak English and had staff that could communicate with her. They went out of their way to comfort and take care of her. So grateful for Regency.
Very friendly and professional staff. My mom had a great experience.
My aunt stayed at this place after a long stay in the hospital. They made her feel comfortable and addressed all of her concerns. Physical therapy did wonders. The entire staff was wonderful. I would highly recommend this place.

Skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) like Ciena Healthcare provide crucial services for our most vulnerable population: the frail and elderly. Today’s SNFs have significantly evolved over time to provide both long-term comprehensive care and short-term rehabilitation services. However, in comparison to other medical settings, especially hospitals, SNFs are often overlooked for important resources and funding.
As health care evolves, skilled nursing facilities are increasingly providing care previously delivered in hospitals. Nationwide, the 65 and older population will double over the next 20 years. By 2040, it could triple. As our population ages, SNFs are becoming increasingly vital to the care and wellbeing of our seniors.
SNFs need advocates and allies to actively engage with their representatives and speak up about important issues facing our industry. This page is designed to share ways you can help support SNFs and the vital services they provide for our elders.
Contact Your Elected Officials and Voice Your Support for SNFs!
It is crucial the voices of SNF supporters be heard by Congress. Members of Congress value their constituents’ opinions and it is critical they hear from our advocates and allies.
