Short-Term Nursing and Rehabilitation in Livonia, MI

My dad was here recently and he had a very beautiful experience on the second floor special shout out to the unit manager LaTonya she was super attentive kept me informed anytime I had any questions. Nurse Danielle was nice as and did good discharge education with us. This is a beautiful facility and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get their loved ones taken care of.

I have completed several Nursing Clinicals at this facility. The entire staff is awesome. They are always willing to assist the students and I, whenever necessary. DON Tiffany, ADMIN David, Staff Development Nurse Ms Frances , and Wound Care Nurse Stacey are exceptional. Thank you for allowing the WCCCD Nursing Students to train and be a part of the Regency Livonia Team.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the outstanding care my mother, Louise White, has received during her stay here. From the moment we walked in the facility, it felt less like an institution and more like a welcoming home. Here are some specific aspects that truly stood out to our family after we decided to place our mother here: * Dedicated and Friendly Staff: Every staff member, from the nurses (Crystal, Terralyn and Tanya) just to name a few and the CNAs and social workers, was approachable and happy to help. They treated my mother like a family member, which gave our entire family peace of mind. Their positive and professional manner was consistent every time we visited, regardless of the time of day. * Personalized Attention: The staff went above and beyond to make my mother feel comfortable. They knew her by name and always greeted her with a smile. * Engaging Activities: There are a variety of activities and social events which keeps the residents engaged and active. Lilly the director and her staff make sure that every resident is aware of activities for the day. They are always encouraged her to participate in activities. * Clean and Welcoming Environment: The facility was always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, reflecting a commitment to high standards of care. The positive environment significantly contributed to her well-being. The only complaint I have, sometimes there’s an unpleasant odors on the side of the building my mother resides. * Excellent Communication: The team was wonderful at communicating with our family, promptly answering all our questions and providing regular updates.

The maintenance team especially the manager, he is doing an amazing job on keeping up with equipment and things that needs to be fixed very quickly. He ensures that the facility is safe and if a resident cause he generally comes just want to show him some appreciation Go Robert .M
