I came to this facility for MDS training and Amy the Coordinator was super fabulous and really took the time to ensure I knew MDS before leaving she needs to be the educator for all MDS for Ciera!! The building was clean and smelled great. I meet so many members of there IDT team and they were awesome and made me feel so comfortable and like I was apart of them. I want to give special thanks to Amy, director of social services, UM Deborah, DON Kim Chandler and Tammy business office!! Yall have a great team! Keep up the great impressions I love the way Yall support each other like family! Thanks for having me ❤️

Currently in orientation and I am loving it already. It seems like this is a very welcoming and family oriented facility. It is also clean and free of odor which is very important and Arni is very good with conducting his orientation. Another thing that is a plus for me is that each department came in and participated in their part of the orientation ❤️

My grandmother has been here for years and she never complains about her care. She has one the greatest nurse aides who really cares about her residents and she always has my grandmother looking clean and dressed appropriately. The staff is always pleasant and they greet you when you come in which makes you feel welcome. The building is always clean from inside and out. The flowers in the front and year round decorations for the holidays are always beautiful to see. I appreciate all the staff for working hard day in and out and doing what's best for the residents.

On behalf of our aunt and mother who were both residents at various times this year, we truly appreciated Yolanda Jeffries, and all of the staff from OT/PT/Aides and Nurse's in providing excellent care and attention to our aunt and mother's treatment and therapy needs. Also the attention to her personal and nutrition went above and beyond our expectations to the point she didnt want to leave!! As our family is committed to making sure our aunt and mom will continue there healing and wellness journey, Regency Heights most definitely is the best place for them to start.
