The compassion they show towards both residents and their families is unparalleled. In these challenging times, where healthcare is constantly evolving and many nursing homes are facing difficulties, this team continues to rise to the occasion. Despite national challenges, including shifts in long-term care and changes in the healthcare landscape—the leaders and the staff—who are dedicated to service, go above and beyond each day. This nursing home also serves a vital role in supporting the underserved, and they do it with grace and resilience. It’s not just about providing a place to live, but about creating a warm, loving environment where individuals can thrive.

My grandmother was here for rehab after her surgery. The nursing staff was amazing!! They were so attentive, and really stayed on top of her care for the duration of her stay. The facility is always clean and has no smells. Everyone was always smiling and pleasant. I would recommend definitely recommend.

My co worker mother is presently a resident here and I've haven't seen my co worker/friend smile this much since before her mom got there. She brags about a DON (I believe thats her position) name Damitra Germany. Damitra Germany and her staff if youre reading this, thank you! My friend stress less and worries none. Whatever you're doing you are the reason she's smiling. This is her mother's 4th or 5th place and she says this is were she belongs. Thank you Damitra Germany and you're staff for making life that much better. To anyone looking for a place for there love ones, I highly recommend Manor of Farmington Hills. Don't always go off negative reviews. You're only getting one side. Please do your own research.

This is Mom’s third facility and I’m pleased so far !! Any concerns that I have are addressed immediately! The staff is always friendly and ready to answer questions or direct you in the right direction if they can’t answer or help you with what you need .It’s always clean and smells fresh when I’m there and that’s been quite often and new renovations make it even more pleasing to the eye. However I wish they had more engaging activities and trips for the residents , hoping that this will be a future plan of the facility! And to top it all off The Director of nursing is always going above and beyond to make sure the residents and staff and taken care of to the best of her ability from what I see . My family and I are Happy with our decision.

My uncle has been a resident at Manor of Farmington for a little over 6 weeks. He has received exceptional care and is well fed. He is very happy with the staff and excellent administrator there.

My Aunt was there a few months ago and I can honestly say the care that was provided to her was above and beyond. She actually wasn’t ready to leave. She said the DON would check on her regularly & the CNAs were caring & attentive. Each time I visited the place was clean and everyone was nice. My Aunt went there a little discouraged about her situation but came home stronger and confident that things would get better and it is, I can say physical therapy played a part in that…My family and I are happy she chose to come here. Keep up the good work!

I visited with family today, and the facility was so clean as soon as I walked in. The lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful. There is a CNA named Valerie she is AMAZING. Very attentive and you can tell she loves what she does. Thank you Manor of Farmington Hills for taking care of my family.
