The management team, nurses, aides, and physical therapy staff couldn’t have been any more caring and helpful from the moment I arrived. They made sure I had meals and snacks to my satisfaction. The nurses aides went over and beyond to make me feel at home. I could not have asked for any better treatment during my stay.

My brother-in-law was a patient at Christian park center. He was admitted after a hip replacement for rehabilitation. His son that lived in Chicago was informed by the administration of his father's progress. I absolutely recommend this health care center to anyone . "The Laurels has been a great experience for me! I was nervous about having to come for therapy, but the therapy department has been wonderful to me. The staff is so friendly, caring and truly wants the best for you. There were many days that I just wanted to give up because it was too hard but they kept me going! I was unable to walk on my own where I arrived and within 3 weeks, I am scheduled to "walk" out of here to return home."

I arrived flat on my back in an ambulance on May 19th, unable to move or even roll over in bed. It is now July 15th and I can walk with a cane and I am ready to return home in a couple of days. They made me feel confident and positive about my healing and made it pleasant and even fun to participate each day.People at all levels here are caring, helpful, and go out of their way to encourage me to get better. I have learned that rehabilitation is a cooperative effort between the caregivers and the patient. If you want to heal and get better, you can. I have gained a lot of new respect for nurses and others who care for and help patients return to health since my experience with Regency at Bluffs Park. Even the housekeepers and kitchen staff made me feel better. The staff is amazingly capable and talented. I would recommend Regency at Bluffs Park to anyone with rehab needs.
